Total voting rights
The Company’s total outstanding share capital is 76,905,444 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with one voting right per share (“Ordinary Shares”). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 76,905,444.
The above figure of 76,905,444 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The total percentage of shares in public hands is 42.76%, as defined by the Aquis Growth Market Rulebook.

Upon the Company’s admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on April 7, 2022, the Directors were granted Share Options with a duration of five years, subject to the Options having vested, at a price of £0.04.
